Product Marketing Manager - Financial Services
A leading business software provider is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for their Financial Services department. This position will provide product marketing leadership for the Banking and Capital Markets; report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and work closely with the Financial Services sales team and product managers; be responsible for developing market requirements, product messages, and positioning, marketing and launch plans, presentations, market research, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications: MBA required, ideally with a marketing concentration. Minimum 5 years of experience in software and/Financial Services industry in marketing related functions; strong working knowledge of Financial Services; excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate a product vision and messages; Very strong written, verbal and presentation skills; strong analytic skills including the ability to do market research and analysis, detailed competitor and pricing analyses; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to facilitate dialog and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams; demonstrated leadership and team-building skills to create shared visions and accomplish team goals.

Finance Associate
The finance department of a leading investment firm is in need of a finance associate. This position will supervise finance staff, review and supervise quarterly and annual financial statement close process, prepare and review weekly compliance reporting, prepare monthly capital accounts, prepare and review daily analysis of investment activity and performance, assist in preparation of quarterly investor letters, interact closely with outside accountants during year end audit, interact closely with tax accountants for the preparation of tax returns and K-1’s, and apply provisions described in complex legal documents.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of public accounting or relevant work experience; experience in financial services industry with an understanding of accounting for investments, particularly fixed income investments, a plus; experience with Limited Partnership accounting and complex investments; strong Excel skills; self-starter with initiative; strong problem-solving skills; excellent organizational skills; strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm; dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills; detail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional. A four-year college degree in accounting, finance or a related field with a strong academic background is required and a CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Staff Accountant
The finance department of a leading investment firm is looking for a staff accountant. This position will prepare the first draft of quarterly and annual financial statements and contribute to the close process; assist in preparation of monthly capital reporting to investors; prepare daily analysis of investment activity and performance; interact closely with outside accountants during year end audit; interact closely with tax accountants for the preparation of tax returns and K-1’s; prepare weekly compliance reporting.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of public accounting, audit or tax, or other relevant work experience in a rigorous environment; the ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines; be a self-starter with initiative; have strong problem solving skills; have strong; interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm; willingness to decipher complex legal documents; be a dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills; be a detail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional; and have strong excel skills. Senior Cost Accountant
A local supplier of power components is in need of a senior cost accountant. This posistion will be responsible for maintaining material standards and BOM accuracy. Reconcile various inventory accounts to the G/L. Audit cycle counts and monitor material transactions. Prepare monthly reports and journal entries related to COGS, material movement, labor, and overhead. Preparation of the Quarterly Gross Margin Analysis and various internal reporting documents. Assist with the coordination and implementation of the Physical Inventory. Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate information effectively to all levels of the organization
Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent with four to six years experience in a manufacturing environment. Peoplesoft, ASK, and Microsoft Excel/Word experience are a plus.

Financial Reporting Analyst
A local power components supplier is looking for a financial reporting analyst. Reponsibilities for this position include: overseeing maintenance of required documentation and perform testing programs for the Company’s internal controls for all subsidiaries and locations; assisting with coordination of the audit of the internal control systems by the Company’s external auditors; assisting with the planning, development and implementation for ongoing internal control reviews; monthly accounting and analysis for domestic subsidiaries; monthly accounting for investment portfolios; assisting with monthly financial reporting; and assisting with various accounting and financial reporting research.
Qualifications: Rquirements include a strong understanding of internal control considerations and objectives, in relation to Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements; ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision; ability to interact with different levels of personnel, including senior management; strong analytical and communication skills; self-starter with high energy and commitment. Staff Accountant
Our client, located in Nashua, NH, is seeking a Staff Accountant. In this position you will keep records of financial transactions for establishment by performing the following duties: verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts in journals or computer files from documents such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer printouts; summarize details in separate ledgers or computer files and transfer data to general ledger; reconcile and balance accounts; compile reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business; calculate employee wages from records or time cards and prepare checks for payment of wages; prepare withholding, Social Security, and other tax reports; compute, type, and mail monthly statements to customers; complete records to or through trial balance; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor\'s degree (B. Staff Accountant
An international holding company is seeking an energetic accountant who is not afraid to take initiative and get the job done. The scope of this job will parallel your ability and enthusiasm. Some responsibilities of the job are to develop, uphold and examine financial reports, oversee all aspects of billing and collection, assist with audit preparations, create finance and operational start-up reports and analyze hefty fixed asset portfolios.

Private Client Assistant/Associate
An individual with industry experience is needed to fill the role of Private Client Assistant/Associate at a world leading independent investment company. The individual must have a college degree and their series 7 & 63 registrations. If hired as an Assistant the individual will have six months to obtain their registrations and become an Associate. The Assistant/Associate will have strong analytical, organizational and computer skills, on top of having excellent written and oral communications skills. A major responsibility of this role is heavy client interaction and problem solving for high net worth prospects. Some of the other responsibilities include but are not limited to portfolio analyses, provide service and support to clients and general office management.
Qualifications:
