| Under moderate supervision, the corporate legal secretary is responsible for providing assistance for 2 partners in rendering corporate legal services to our clients with regard to all legal issues. This position arranges, schedules and maintains an accurate and updated calendar for the attorneys; schedules and organizes attorney and client meetings; screens and directs telephone calls and client inquiries to appropriate parties; prepares, edits and revises corporate legal documents for new or existing client matters; structures and organizes filing system, including filing all client matters and documents on a daily basis; performs other administrative and legal service duties on an as needed basis.
