Director - SEC Reporting
Growing renewable energy company is seeking a strong, energetic candidate to be in charge of SEC Reporting. The ideal candidate should be effective at building collaborative relationships with other parties and have strong verbal, computer, and finance content, communication, and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
Individual should have a minimum of 8 years experience SEC Reporting and regulation responsibility and experience within a public accounting firm or publicly traded company. Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field plus advanced degree and/or professional certification. Valid Drivers license issued by resident state required.
Compensation Package:

Director of Investor Relations
Growing renewable energy firm seeking a lively, outgoing candidate capable of developing strong relationships with the company\'s investors, analysts, and other external audiences. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare corporate communications, including press releases and reports regarding the company.
Qualifications:
Individual should have a minimum of 10 years financial research analysis experience within a publically traded company. Bachelors degree in Finance or related field, advanced certification highly desired. Excellent computer and technical communication skills are also a priority. Valid Drivers License issued by resident state required.
Compensation Package:

Director of Communications
A renowned independent energy solutions company, located in New England, is seeking a director to lead organizational activities and programs. Interested candidates must have the ability to develop, align, and implement quality communications strategy and activities to effectively promote and protect the company reputation and business objectives. The individual will design and integrate plans to lead and manage a wide range of communications activities that will advance the company\'s strategic direction. The individual will also be responsible for devloping, monitoring, and facilitating communications activities that include public, industry, government, and media relations that affect the company\'s profile and business objectives. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, budgeting, tracking, and managing communications resources to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or any related field. Ten years progressive company communications experience, preferably within energy services/engineering, or related company work environment. Proven track record of success in a company communications leadership role. Knowledge of energy services, renewable technology department, sales, implementation project cycle, proposal activities, and performance metrics. Solid relationships within media, public relations, industry, and government agency business. Ability to develop and manage effective business relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and database management applications

Director of Taxation
A leading independent renewable solutions company, located in New England, is seeking a Director of Taxation to handle research and planning on all domestic and international tax matters. The individual will be responsible for the research, planning, and implementation of domestic and international tax issues relating to corporate strategy, reporting, compliance, and other related activities. The individual will aslo be preparing consolidated and separate federal, state, and local corporate income, franchise, excise, sales and use, payroll, and property tax returns. Identify and research tax issues and regulations pertaining to both domestic and international matters. Will serve as consultant for all tax related matters.
Qualifications:
Seven years experience with direct management responsibility for tax compliance for a public accounting or public trading company. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field. Advanced taxation education, CPA, MS, or MBA desirable. Good business skills with excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills. Ability to build positive business relationships with multiple levels and parties. Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication, and presentation skills.
